Have you guys heard of oil pulling? Its basically the process of swishing around a spoonful of coconut oil in your mouth for twenty minutes and then reaping the supposed benefits of whiter teeth and detoxifying the body. There's no factual evidence to back it up- but people all over the place are claiming amazing results. Here's one person's account. Do more research.
