AT HOME HERBS.

About two weeks ago I planted some herbs at home and I totally thought I was somehow going to screw it up, but I'm happy to say that they're sprouting nicely...

Cilantro & Basil

I repurposed our Jittery Joe's coffee cans as planters. Ben stabbed some holes in the sides so water can drain through. I've placed them on our front stoop for optimal sunlight   

         

Side Note: If you live in Athens and you don't drink Jittery Joe's coffee every morning you're missing out. It's worth the few extra bucks.

More Cilantro & Basil. Not Pictured: Oregano!

Cilantro, basil & oregano need a lot of sunlight and are supposed to be kept moist. If this is something you're going to try yourself, its not really possible to do this inside. You really need an outdoor sunny space to be successful! Happy Planting!
